Information about Payments

Oak Creek Utilities accepts checks or money orders.  All payments should be made out to Oak Creek Utilities.  All payments should be mailed to Montgomery Investments, PO Box 143, Arnold, MD 21012

All accounts that remain unpaid by December 30th will be referred to our collections attorney. To avoid having your account referred to collections please contact us prior to December 30th to set up a payment plan at info@montgomeryinvestments.co. 

The annual fee for single family homes is $700 and the annual fee for townhomes is $600.  This payment is considered paid in full once a homeowner has made a total of 25 annual installments unless they choose to pay in full at any given time.  

If you would like to pay in full you must reach out directly to Montgomery Investments, which manages Oak Creek Utilities, to get your total balance due.
