What is the Front Foot Benefit Charge & When is it billed

FFBC stands for Front Foot Benefit Charge. This charge pays for the construction of the water and sewer lines leading to the property of each home in Oak Creek.  This fee is annually invoiced to each homeowner until they have paid the fee in full.

Montgomery Investments mails invoices on July 1st annually.  Payments are due by September 1st annually. Payments received after September 15th will incur a $30 late fee.  

Please be advised that all accounts that are unpaid after 90 days will be sent to our collection's attorney.  When this occurs your account will have legal fees for the collection's attorney as well as accrued interest on any unpaid balances.  If your account is in arrears you must reach out to get your total balance due.

You are welcome to pay your account in full.  If you would like to do this you should email us to get your pay off amount.  If you choose to pay in full and decide to move before the term is up we are not responsible for reimbursing you the pay off amount.
